Hands to life.........

As the day passed I looked out
At the gleaming sky

I was truly lost
Lost between the clouds of dark
Away from life

Over dark mountains

Drenched with rain of tears.

Anyone up here?
Anyone to give me a hand
Wake me up
From my soul.
I am growing numb
In the rain of sorrow
Help me out, out from the dark
Get me out before I am a sad mark
The lightning flashed
The silver light on the darkness
Help me out , I cried
From the world of dark.
Within a flash , I see me now
Standing on my door step
Far
from the snatching hands of dark
And safe with the hands of life.

Fantastic presentation. I could literally see the lightning through the dark sky. The picture is very apt to the content of the poem. Well done Femin.

Thank you for the invitation to visit. It would be wonderful if you could write a poem for my blog "The Pink Bandanna". I have tried, but I get "lost" in the sadness. How about that for a title. I will be sure to visit again.

Hi Susan :)

Very interesting poem!

Sometimes dark clouds and lightning bring sadness and gloom and is a harbinger of a downpour and deluge.

If you are living in a town like Kochi, the roads get flooded and driving becomes extremely difficult.

Many thanks for sharing this lovely poem and an amazing photo.

Have a wonderful day :)

Hello Susan,

I just got to visit your blog, and enjoyed reading some of your poetry. As for my blog...it is only the Lord that gives me the strength day by day to do the tasks which He asks. He has called us to share the gospel with the folks of Brazil. We are very excited about getting there, and we are now going around to different church raising the needed funds. I appreciate your interest in our work. Thanks for visiting our blog!
